Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping to the United States

Every order to the United States ships free, with a tracking number, and with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Delivery to the United States usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; during peak seasons, holidays or customs delays, please allow a few extra days.

Holiday orders

To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 1.

Customs, duties and taxes

We aim to ship using services where import duties are handled before delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay any import fee on delivery for your PawPocket order, please contact us before paying and we'll help resolve it.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering, before your order is dispatched.

Tracking

Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
