Products and pricing

We try to display product colors, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Discount codes

Discount codes (such as MATCH15) apply only under the conditions shown on the site, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Pet safety

Our hoodies are designed for cuddling and carrying small pets close to your body. Always support your pet with your hand when standing or walking. The pouch is not a substitute for a pet carrier, harness or seat restraint, and should not be used while driving, cycling, running or in any activity where you or your pet could fall. Never leave your pet unattended in the pouch. Check that your pet is comfortable and can breathe freely at all times. You are responsible for your pet's safety while using the product.

Shipping, returns and refunds
